Once I have all the information, I’ll create a simple design layout and send it to you for approval. Once you give the go-ahead, we’ll begin cutting out the MDF using a laser cutting machine and apply three layers of oil paint. Since this frame takes longer to make than a regular photo frame, it will require about 5 to 6 days for crafting after you place your order, plus an additional 7 days for shipping. So, please plan ahead accordingly. The reason it takes 6 days is because the oil paint needs extra time to dry, and I have to apply it three times.

I created this design by combining elements from four to five wooden newborn birth detail frames I discovered on Pinterest from a seller in Spain. The challenge came when I had to replicate it using MDF (medium-density fiberboard) due to its tendency to absorb paint completely.

After extensive research, I found that acrylic paint worked best, although it gave a matte finish. To achieve the unique glossy look I desired, I experimented with various color combinations through four to five test products. Eventually, I discovered that applying three layers of oil paint with a spray machine produced the perfect shining effect I was looking for.

After finishing the coloring, the next issue arose: the spray-painted wood pieces didn’t stick together well due to their smooth surfaces. Even Feviquick adhesive failed to bond them. After some further research, I discovered a glue specifically designed to solve this problem.
