Just Engaged Tree Ring Platter

I got inspired by a design I saw on Etsy, from a seller based in the USA. They were selling a cake topper featuring two people sitting inside a tree design, holding wine glasses.

Since the wine glass tradition isn’t common in Indian engagements, I decided to modify it by removing the couple and writing “Just Engaged” instead.

The 3D tree design cutout is quite large, almost the same width as the base of a plate. It’s bigger than a regular ring tray and can also be used as an engagement cake topper.

I designed the plate in such a way that the 3D cutout can easily be attached or removed without any glue. You just need to fit the cutout into the wooden slot.
