I’ve crafted two artworks—one on white paper and the other on black paper, manually punching holes to create them.
While working on these, I had a fresh idea: why not make gifts not just for girlfriends or boyfriends, but for couples too? That’s when I came up with this unique white and black combo frame for couples.
These artworks are special because I’ve punched holes in them, making it impossible to cover both faces in a single portrait. So, I’ve created two separate frames—one in white and one in black.
I understand that simply capturing a couple’s front faces won’t convey the romance. That’s why I made sure to take a photo where we’re looking into each other’s eyes and arranged the frames on the wall in a way that emphasizes this connection (with my portrait slightly higher than my wife’s).
